CEBU
Requirements:
In compliance with Cebu City Executive Order No. 143, s. 2021, all passengers bound for Cebu City are required to present the following documents upon check-in at the airport of origin:
- Negative RT-PCR test result taken within the last seventy-two (72) hours;
- Negative Antigen test result taken within the last forty-eight (48) hours; OR
- Negative Saliva test result for fully-vaccinated individuals taken within the last forty-eight (48) hours
Other requirements per passenger classification:
- Returning Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs)/Returning Overseas Filipinos (ROFs)
- Quarantine Certificate issued by DOH-Bureau of Quarantine stating completion of the required quarantine period and negative RT-PCR test result
- Valid Identification Card
CEBU PROVINCE
Following the Cebu Provincial Memorandum issued on October 1, 2021, all passengers bound for the component cities and municipalities of Cebu Province (except the cities of Cebu, Mandaue, and Lapu-Lapu) shall present a medical certificate issued within 24 hours before their arrival in Cebu.
No other testing requirements are needed.
Other requirements per passenger classification:
- Returning Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs)/Returning Overseas Filipinos (ROFs)
- Quarantine Certificate issued by DOH-Bureau of Quarantine stating completion of the required quarantine period and negative RT-PCR test result
- Valid Identification Card
LAPU LAPU CITY
In compliance with Lapu-Lapu City Executive Order 2021-044 issued on August 17, 2021, all passengers bound for Lapu-Lapu City are required to present the following documents upon check-in at the airport of origin and upon arrival at MCIA:
- Negative RT-PCR test result taken within the last seventy-two (72) hours; OR
- Negative Antigen test result taken within the last forty-eight (48) hours
Returning OFWs or ROFs
Pursuant to RIATF 7 Advisory issued on 21 August 2021, returning OFWs and ROFs only need to present their BOQ Quarantine Certificate as entry requirement, in lieu of the testing requirements required by the LGUs.
MANDAUE CITY
In compliance with Mandaue City Executive Order Nos. 22 & 31, all passengers bound for Mandaue City and originating from HIGH RISK AREAS tagged by the National IATF-MEID entering Mandaue City shall be required to present the following upon check-in at the airport of origin:
- A negative RT-PCR (swab) test result taken seventy-two (72) hours before departure; OR
- A negative Antigen test result taken forty-eight (48) hours before departure
Returning OFWs or ROFs
Pursuant to RIATF 7 Advisory issued on 21 August 2021, returning OFWs and ROFs only need to present their BOQ Quarantine Certificate as entry requirement, in lieu of the testing requirements required by the LGUs.

Attraction. Not allowed to enter the establishment without your QTP and TAP. - Comply with Minimum Health Standards
NEED TO DO IN CASE OF EXTENDED TOURS - Coordinate with Travel Agency
- Re-register travel application in Tara Na! VISITA System.
- Save/Print QR Coded Tourist Pass (QTP) for updating of travel details
- Secure a Health Certificate. If a tourist manifests symptoms, he or she must
undergo Testing.

Point of Origin of Guest: GCQ and MGCQ areas only, including those from NCR Plus
Point to Point Travel for Guests Coming from the NCR Plus Area may only undertake
point – to-point travel, such that while pit stops or stopovers are allowed for eating and
personal necessities, no sidetrips shall be made to other tourism destinations.
PANGASINAN
Requirements:

PAMPANGA
Non-residents are allowed to enter the Province

to PROPER COORDINATION between the LGU El Nido and Provincial
EOC.

SAN VICENTE PALAWAN
Palawan-based tourist:
-Negative antigen test 24 hrs before travel
Domestic Tourist:

-Proof of reservation at a DOT-accredited and TIEZA-licensed
accommodation.
-Accomplished Health Declaration form, Registration form, Pledge to be
a responsible traveller via sanvicenterpalawan.gov.ph/tourism

CULION PALAWAN

Aklan is under GCQ starting September 8, 2021. Leisure travel to Boracay Island is
open to tourists of all ages from GCQ and MGCQ areas.
Tourists aged 18-65 from NCR Alert Level 4 will be allowed beginning September 16,
2021.
BOHOL

As per EO 2021-45 dated 7 September, the Province of Bohol is placed by the
Governor under Modified General Community Quarantine with Added Restrictions. As
such, tourism activities are limited in compliance to the IATF guidelines.NON-APORS,
including leisure travelers are allowed to enter the Province subject to entry
requirements and must adhere strictly to their approved travel itinerary (strict travel
bubble).
SIARGAO ISLAND
Negative Result on RT-PCR Test or negative result on
COVID 19 Saliva Test taken within 48 hours prior to
arrival to the province.
Negative result on RT-PCR Test or COVID 19 Saliva
Test taken within 48 hours or 2 days from the date of
release of the result is still required for those who have
been partially or fully vaccinated of COVID 19 vaccines.
Tourists invited by local resident of Surigao del Norte:
• Valid Identification Card
• Surigao del Norte “e-Health Pass”
Non-resident Government APOR:

Surigao del Norte residents arriving Via seaports or by land:
• The protocols and requirements by the component City or
Municipality of destination within this Province shall govern and should
be followed.
